With more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Erick offers a broad understanding of client needs and expectations. Drawing on his skills in project management, strategic planning and client relations, Erick has played a critical role at Copperwynd Financial since joining the firm in 2011. He also serves as the firm’s chief compliance officer.

What makes me knowledgeable?

Erick is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), an investment advisor representative of Copperwynd Financial and a member of the Financial Planning Association of Greater Phoenix.

After graduating from the University of Arizona with a BS in finance and accounting, Erick earned an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He spent the first half of his career in senior leadership roles at a major national broker/dealer, directly supporting independent financial advisors and their clients.

A little more about me

Erick is married with four children and four grandchildren. After moving extensively with his military family early in life, Erick has called Arizona home since he was nine years old. He enjoys spending time with his family and is a recreational swimmer and water polo player.
